Collect your kit 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central. We test everything with you.

Return & Create Again
Drop it back when you're done. We clean and inspect. You come back for the next shoot.
Costs, insurance and deposit
- Service fee
- You book and pay on Gearbooker. At checkout it adds a service fee of about 25% (at least €4.95); insurance is part of that fee. You see the exact total before you pay.
- Insurance and damage
- Every rental is insured for the replacement value of the gear. If something breaks, you pay 10% of the damage, at least €195.
- Deposit
- There is usually no deposit. Gearbooker sometimes asks for a refundable one at payment and returns it within 5 to 7 working days after the rental.
- Weekend, Friday to Monday
- Counts as 2 days. Pickup and return dates are local calendar dates in Europe/Amsterdam. Return day is not charged; daylight-saving changes do not change the calendar day count.
