What we collect
We collect only what's needed to rent gear to you: name, email, phone, rental dates, and whatever basic identification Gearbooker requires for insurance. No ad tracking, no data sold or shared with third parties beyond payment processors.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns. GA runs in consent mode: if you don't accept the cookie banner, no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice any time by clearing cookies and reloading.
Cookies
Strictly-necessary cookies (session identifiers used by the booking flow) are always enabled. Analytics cookies (GA4) are opt-in. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data any time. Email info@fotorent.nl and we'll respond within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).
