All prices include insurance. The longer you rent, the lower the day rate: an extra day always costs less than the first, and the weekly price is a flat total for seven days — far below seven separate days.
Canon R6 Mark II or Canon R8 — which one to rent?
The Canon R6 Mark II is the all-rounder for demanding work: full-frame sensor, fast autofocus with subject recognition, in-body stabilisation and cinematic 4K video. Take this kit for weddings, reportage and jobs where you don't get a second chance.
The Canon R8 is lighter and more compact, with the same 28-70mm f/2.8 L lens in the kit. For portraits, events, content production and travel it's the smart choice: less weight in your bag, professional image quality, and a lower day rate.

Pickup in Diemen — 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central
Our pickup point is in Diemen, right next to Amsterdam. From Amsterdam Central it's about 10 minutes by train, and Diemen is easy to reach by car too. For photographers in Amsterdam East, Zuidoost and Watergraafsmeer it's literally around the corner.
Being outside the city centre keeps our costs low — and you see that back in the rental prices. You collect your camera without the city-centre crowds and are back on your way to the shoot within minutes.

- How do I pick up a camera in Amsterdam?
- Pickup is from our shop in Diemen, 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central by train. We test every item with you on handover. Reserve a time slot on Gearbooker.
- Is insurance included?
- Yes — every rental includes comprehensive insurance. If something happens, you pay only the deductible. No hidden fees.
- Can I rent for just one day?
- The minimum rental is two days (first day plus one extra day). A weekend from Friday to Monday counts as two rental days, and weekly rates save you money on longer shoots.
- Can I also rent a lens or a drone?
- Yes. Besides camera kits we rent separate Canon RF lenses — from 35mm macro to 70-200mm telephoto — and DJI FPV drones. Combine your rental and collect everything in one pickup.
- Are these cameras good for video?
- Yes. Both the R6 Mark II and the R8 shoot cinematic 4K, and the bright 28-70mm f/2.8 lens works as well for video as for stills.
- Which language can I contact you in?
- In writing, English or Dutch — email or message us and you'll usually have an answer within the hour. At the handover in Diemen we speak English.
- Why are you in Diemen and not in the centre?
- Diemen is 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central, without city-centre costs. That keeps our rates lower, and you reach us easily by train or car.
