Renting a camera makes sense more often than owning one: a wedding you're shooting once, a client job that needs a second body, a trip where your phone won't cut it, or simply trying full-frame before you buy. Our camera kits come ready to work — a professional Canon body plus the bright RF 28-70mm f/2.8 L zoom — so you walk out with everything a shoot actually needs.
Both kits are maintained the same way: checked and cleaned after every rental, tested together with you at handover, and covered by insurance on every booking. If something goes wrong, you pay only the deductible — no hidden fees, no fine print.
Booking runs through Gearbooker, where you see live availability by date and reserve a pickup slot. Rent for a day, a weekend, or a week; the longer the period, the lower the effective day rate.

All prices include insurance and the 28-70mm f/2.8 lens. An extra day always costs less than the first, and the week price is a flat total for seven days — far below seven separate days.
Which camera should you rent?
The Canon R6 Mark II is the safe choice for demanding work: a full-frame sensor, fast autofocus with subject recognition, in-body stabilisation and cinematic 4K video. Take it for weddings, reportage and any job where you don't get a second chance.
The Canon R8 delivers the same full-frame image quality in a lighter, more compact body — and at a lower day rate. It's the smart pick for portraits, events, content production and travel, when you want professional results without the extra weight in your bag.

What every rental includes
Insurance is always part of the price — if anything happens, you pay only the deductible. Each kit ships with the camera body and the Canon RF 28-70mm f/2.8 L lens, and we walk through the complete contents together at pickup so you know exactly what you're carrying.
Rental periods are flexible: the minimum is one day, and weekend and week rates reward longer shoots. Write to us in English or Dutch — we answer email within an hour; at the handover itself we speak English.
Pickup in Diemen — 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central
Our pickup point is in Diemen, right next to Amsterdam: about 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central, and easy to reach by car. Being just outside the centre keeps our costs — and your rental price — down.
Reserve on Gearbooker, pick a time slot, and we test the kit together at handover. Done shooting? Bring it back and we take care of inspection, cleaning and maintenance.

- Can I rent for just one day?
- Absolutely. Minimum rental is one day. Weekend and weekly rates make longer shoots cheaper per day.
- Are these cameras good for video?
- Yes. Both the R6 Mark II and the R8 shoot cinematic 4K, and the 28-70mm f/2.8 is bright enough for interviews, events and documentary work.
- Which language can I contact you in?
- In writing, English or Dutch — email or message us and you'll usually have an answer within the hour. At the handover in Diemen we speak English.
